Covid-19 Protocols and Procedures
Walden remains committed to meaningful changes to routines and procedures for in-person instruction to protect one another and our community in a risk-mitigating way. The health and wellbeing of Walden and our neighboring communities is a priority for us.
We continue to educate ourselves on the best Covid prevention practices. Walden works closely with the Pasadena Public Health Department and follows the guidance of the CDC.
All members of the Walden community have a shared responsibility to prevent the spread of Covid-19. This page provides the most recent information about Walden's Covid-19 protocols, updates, and community communications regarding Covid-19 precautions that have been put in place on our campus. Please review the guidelines below and follow our health and safety procedures to protect our students, faculty, staff, families, and surrounding communities.

It Takes A Village
All members of the Walden community have a shared responsibility to create a safe experience for our children. The implementation of several coordinated interventions can greatly reduce the risk of SARS-CoV-2 transmission. We ask students and families in collaboration with Walden’s faculty and staff to comply with the following expectations:
- Contact Walden if a family member tests positive for COVID-19.
- Keep medical information up-to-date.
- Limit social interactions outside of school.
- Follow CDC travel guidelines.
- Follow federal, state, and local orders.
- Stay home if you are sick.
- Stay home if you have been exposed to COVID-19.
