I Believe in Progressive Education Because ...

... it focuses on the whole child. From learning math and reading to understanding one's emotions and how to express them in a healthy way, progressive education allows for each child to understand themselves and teaches them that they are capable of achieving beyond basic skills and into analyzing, evaluating, and creating.

What I Love About Walden

I love the community at Walden. The moment I came onto campus, everyone was welcoming and engaging, from the students to the parents, faculty, & staff. There wasn't a moment you didn't feel at home. Because I received such a welcome, I try my best to do the same towards others, especially our newest community members.
