Summer Camp

A few exciting summer camps will be coming to Walden this year!

We are thrilled to share our campus with Camp Galileo for six weeks of camp. Galileo's mission "to develop innovators who envision and create a better world" is a strong pedagogical match for Walden that builds on and extends the deliberate work that takes place in our classrooms throughout the year.

Some Walden teachers, as well as our coding partner Coding for Treasure, will offer themed weeks of camp in August.

SUMMER CAMPS KIDS LOVE

Galileo Innovation Camps for Pre-K – 8th Graders

June 25 - August 3, 2018

Galileo's programs are designed to spark kids’ imaginations with engaging science, art and outdoor curriculum, and engaging majors. Supported by the best staff around, kids grow from Camp Galileo (TK* – 5th grades) through Galileo Summer Quest (entering 5th – 8th grades), emerging as confident creators ready to turn their ideas into reality. At Galileo, kids learn to embrace challenges, fail without fear and create joyfully.

We are excited to join the Walden School family for our third summer in Pasadena!

If you have questions, please call their customer service at 1-800-854-3684, or visit their FAQ page. Don’t miss out, and we'll see you there!

*TK campers must turn 5 by December 1, 2018.
