Walden Equity Arts & Culture Evening with Jahkil Jackson

Please join us for Walden Equity's annual Arts and Culture family event with a special guest, Jahkil Jackson. Jahkil is a social entrepreneur and founder of the non-profit organization Project I Am, founded when he was eight years old!

Now, at 13, Jahkil has a mission to build awareness of homelessness through his international "Blessing Bag" program. Jahkil was also named a Youth Ambassador for a Heartland Alliance, is a member of the WE International Youth Council and a 2019 Power of Children Award winner, and was named one of 2017's most influential people by President Barack Obama.

Jahkil will be sharing his story and his newly published children's book, "I Am," with the Walden community and friends.

Please RSVP and, if you like, reserve a copy of Jahkil's book below. Books will be delivered with the Boomerang Bags or will be available for pick-up from the Walden front office, if you are not a current family.
