Below are additional details for the event. Please review these before arriving at the venue:

  • Showtime: 6:30 p.m.
  • Doors Open: 5:45 p.m. (If your student is performing, please be sure they arrive by 6:00 p.m.)
  • Show Schedule: The performance will last approximately 80 minutes, including intermission.
  • Location: Pasadena Convention Center | 300 E Green St, Pasadena
    The performance space is in Ballroom ABC of the Exhibit Building, west of the Civic Auditorium (300 E. Green Street). There will be signage outside of the building to point you in the right direction.
  • Parking: Parking is $15 in the Convention Center/Sheraton garage (175 S. Euclid Avenue), or $12 max in the Paseo Colorado complex (first 90 minutes free with Paseo shop validation; $1.50 each 30 minutes thereafter). 
  • Masking: All attendees and performers will be required to wear a face mask except when actively eating or drinking. We appreciate your help to keep our community healthy headed into winter break. 
  • Refreshments: There will be a cash/credit card bar offering drinks and small snacks. The Convention Center does not allow outside food or drinks.
