2023-2028 Strategic Plan
Progressing with Purpose
We are delighted to share an important milestone with our community — the launch of our new five-year strategic plan.
The Walden Board of Trustees, together with our leadership team and faculty and staff, have been diligently working to chart a course that will guide our school into the future.
This strategic plan is designed to ensure that we continue to offer the exceptional progressive education that Walden is known for while adapting to the evolving needs of our students and the world around us.
Our new plan includes several strategic initiatives that will shape the direction of our school in the coming years. These initiatives are centered around several key areas, including continually enhancing academic excellence, community engagement and belonging, sustainability, campus development, program innovation, and faculty professional growth, to name just a few.
